Returns policy

Eligible items

Contact us within 14 days of receiving an item. It must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with its original tags and packaging. Approval is required before sending anything back.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, underwear, worn products, altered garments and personalised print orders are not returnable unless the wrong or defective item was supplied.

Exchanges and refunds

After inspection, we confirm whether an exchange, store credit or refund applies. Delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless Bravtone50Collection supplied the wrong or defective item.
